Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: Yes, I have received one RDM, and one FAILRP. This was when I first started playing the server again after a year break and I was still getting to know to rules and I made mistakes that I have learned from I was a Officer GSD when I received these warnings. I haven't been warned after these 2 Warnings.

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: In Garry's Mod years ago I have been staff in servers that are low in player count compared to Civil but I have the basic understanding of overall staffing and I was staff in DarkRP server's these server's no longer exist but I have carried the knowledge of what those server's taught me and can apply them here in Civil
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I have managed to be a member of A-1, I have climbed through the Ranks and currently lay at CSG and prior to that I was a Nu7 SGT who got all their licenses but the sniper. I feel like these are good accomplishments and I am happy to have made it this far.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to help improve not only the staff team, but also the members in the server. I also would like to gain the experience of being a staff member in a big server like Civil. It's also a problem when I am available on the server I see a bunch of rule breaks and I would like to try and help out with that
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I've heard the communication has been lacking in some parts, so I would try and improve that aspect. I would like to see more teamwork between staff members, from experience it seems to be a solo experience rather than a group.
