Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I have not received any warns kicks or bans during my time on civil networks
How many hours can you be on everyday: around 4-8 hours depending on the day
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I was formerly a senior moderator here, I don't believe that I had contributed too much aside from always being polite and calm. I feel like the contributions were made by the people who assisted me during my time on the staff team.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I'm proud of how I have changed and grown as a person since the last time I made a staff application I feel proud that I've met and befriended so many interesting characters, for example court Harley, jack Edwards, ruby Rivera and Alfie bailey to name a few of them .
I'm also proud of how far that I have come from when I first joined civil networks, especially within departments
NU-7
I made it to NU-7 Sergeant and still continue to provide support like I enjoy doing, now sergeants can become marksmen I enjoy taking the offensive down range
UNGOC-C
I made it to Lieutenant in the GOC, and I'm glad that I've been able to assist in the organization, guidance and occasional interventions in the coalition, I enjoy leading my men into the foundation to assist with breaches.
General Security Department [GEN-SEC]
I've made it to security sergeant, I enjoy teaching and assisting new players with policies and protocols organising and enacting sweeps and assisting the entire foundation whilst deployed as TRT during any code.
I'm proud that I was able to join the Tactical Response Team sub-regiment for GENSEC, and that I get to respond to any and all threats to the facility as well as when requested assist A1/01 and go to surface to combat breaches and assist in raids and raid defence, as well as being first response to Vental raids and breaches
Certifications
I'm proud that I have managed to get all my licenses twice over, I have every license for both foundation and the GOC I'm proud that I have proven myself to be trustworthy and efficient enough to pass the requirements
I'm proud that I've been able to partake and witness more events as of recent. as a security sergeant I have been able to set security or close off areas that are under the effects of anomalies in events.
for example I had to capture and subsequently escort a skeleton who was convincing people to remove their skin, it was an interesting event.
recently we hand an event where there were ghosts of foundation staff roaming the hallways
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to return to the staff team as I wish to continue my goal of assisting mitigate the day to day issues of players and leave a lasting positive impact, I believe ill be able to better assist the community as a staff member than I currently can. I believe that as a staff member that I'll have the opportunities to assist gamemasters with events and assist with general roleplay on server as my plan is to join the event team.
my goals as staff is to ensure that roleplay runs smoothly and that players concerns and needs are answered, whether it is a simple license request or a full blown MRDM sit.
I believe that I would be a good fit as I still enjoy helping people, I enjoy being supportive and assisting people with even the smallest of issues I enjoy taking the time to explain things in detail to those who wish to learn, I am also generally a supportive person.
I want to be able to offer guidance to newer players and answer any questions that they may have and leavy a positive impact on the player base and prove that I can be a reliable point of contact.
I Believe that my core values make me a good fit for the staff team, these values being:
Honesty - Above all else I am honest, I will always admit when I make mistakes or if I do something wrong i actively go out of my way to get confirmation before carrying out an action if I am unsure.
Integrity - Above everyone the server rules apply and nobody is exempt not I will always abide by these rules.
Ethicality - Above all else I am unbiassed My decisions will never be swayed by friends or departments as my duty as a staff member is to be fair and open to both sides my personal opinions don't sway my choices.
Knowledge - I always Strive to inform people of information they don't know and give guidance to those who genuinely need help, enforcement is only half of the job.
Community - I will always put the health of the community first; I will never do anything to harm it as that will negatively affect both the rest of the team and community ownership.
Fairness - My decisions made will always be fair, I will never make a decision that is Unfair or Unjust, i will always clarify with other staff members if I am unsure.
Whilst I believe id be a good fit, I also have flaws id like to make known;
I still need to be reminded of things occasionally - I'm better at this than I was however
I Will likely still make mistakes, and will need to learn some things again due to how the staff system has changed since I was last a member of the staff team.
in summary I believe I'd be a good fit due to my values and ambitions, I also believe the difference in time zone would help assist with the lack of staff during low population times
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: The only issue that I have really seen is the lack of staff during low pop, where people look at the tab menu and start acting up on purpose because they usually don't get caught as well as cause what could be considered server health violations for example the issue of d-class rushing and getting disguises in 914 right after server restart and just running around with the sole reason to be killing foundation staff repeatedly.
