How many hours can you be on everyday: Anywhere from 2-8 depending on the day & assignment due dates
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Administrator - Overseeing Trial Mods - Senior Mods to ensure proper performance, handling tickets for bans exceeding 1 week, maintaining activity within a team of choice (Mentor in my case, handling mentoring of all new staff, and check-ins/training & promotion trainings for ranks equal to or lower then Admin)
Senior Moderator - Shadowing Trial Mods on tickets to provide teaching moments & feedback after tickets (Within the ticket if needed) and stepping in as needed to allow proper techniques to be taught
Senior Moderator (2) - Assisting general ticket flow, and providing assistance as needed to fellow staff members within tickets
These few list the bulk of my staff experience within Gmod ^^
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: The proudest thing I have achieved so far honestly, is receiving E-11 LT. This on its own is not the most eventful but the doors it opens up to provide more RP opportunities within E-11 is what I think is the part to be proud of.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I have noticed that during Early morning/Late night times the staff response time can vary heavily between a few seconds to 10+ minutes. Since this is where I am the most active, I believe I can work to lowering this time down by a decent chunk to provide less player frustration during these times.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Most improvements that can be made relate to in-game presence, so improving it is not something that can just happen, but I would say that working on having individuals in different time-zones that play more so throughout the day instead of grouped during one segment would be a step in the right direction.
