Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I have received only 2 bans, I received my first ban on January 5th, 2025, and my second one on April 14th, 2025, for MRDM and Toxicity respectively. I would like to mention the fact that these have happened over a year ago when I actually first began the server and did not take the role-play seriously. I have worked hard over the course of the year to improve my image and standing within the server.
How many hours can you be on everyday: at the minimum probably 2 but most other times I commit around 3-5
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: none
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I got back to playing this server around a month ago and my highest job title I had was the Security Response Unit. I believe in my second or third day coming back I was noticed by one of the captains and was recommended to be promoted to a Sergeant and once I was promoted, I continued to play and learn the skills of GSD personnel which resulted in me sending an application to become a GSD Captain. This initial application was denied and I was heartbroken. But I did not let this rejection stop me in achieving my goals. rejection is just redirection. I joined sub regiments; TEGA and G&I to further improve my understanding of the Security Department and when I re-applied two weeks later, I was accepted and here I am today a Jr.Captain proud of my work and still remembering how about a month ago I was just a Security Response Unit
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to join the staff team because I want to contribute to the server and help create a more positive and fairer environment for everyone. Through my time on the server, I have spent a lot of time learning how the server works, improving my understanding of the rule and have also gained experience through my roles through the General Security Department. I, myself have created many tickets and have developed a strong appreciation for the staff who keep the server running and also help out players with their issues. Joining the staff team would allow me to give back to the community I enjoy. I want to help new players, solve conflicts, and enforce rules to make sure everyone is having a fun and fair time on the server. But I also personally understand that being part of the staff team is not just about authority and enforcement. It is also vital to be responsible, patient, and professional at all times. I also want to join the server because in my opinion I believe I am very active and dedicated to the server. Since coming back to the RP server, I have consistently worked to improve myself and my understanding of the rules, especially through my time in the GSD Department. Overall, I want to join because I care about this community and want to help support it in a much bigger way.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: One of the things that I believe we can improve is communication. Communicate not only rule infractions but also communicate the rules themselves clearer. Sometimes when I play, I have found that there are things that are rule infractions that I did not even know where rule breaches. One example of this is I was playing and my mic was on and I got called and I had a music ringtone and apparently this was a breach of a rule that I did not even know existed. So, I would say that clearer communication of the rules would be one improvement I would propose.
