Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: Fail rp, 3 day ban for inappropriate conduct,3 day ban for severe toxic and 3day mrdm(appealed it and got accepted as i mistook it for KOS0. rdm,failrp x2,7 day ban off ts,fearrp,job abuse and toxicity, Minor glitching, pac abuse. Although i have these i assure you ive changed as i took 1 week off of scprp to think about my actions. And i believe that i have grown and became a better person and i have shown it.
How many hours can you be on everyday: 9+ or 12+ depending on what im doing for the day but the minimum i can do is 8 hours
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes I do I used to be a trial mod for popular server and done 127 sits for the first week but in the second week i resigned as i was dealing with IRL problems.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I am proud of achieving captain and that I am guiding and slowly putting respect in gensec, furthermore I am proud of myself for improving and many people in game have told me that I have improved and it puts tears in my eyes as i thought no one would believe that i had change and for this reason the feeling i felt when i got told i improved makes me want to improve further and help others in many ways.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I have seen the moderators on this server and they are all really nice, I want to become a moderator for our server because I've seen how friendly the moderators are, and I wish to contribute to that kindness. I enjoy helping others and want to ensure that everyone feels welcome and supported. I was a previous mod, so I bring experience and an understanding of what needs to be done and what it takes to uphold the responsibilities of a staff member. Moreover I would also like to fix my reputation as I have done bad things in the past and I have learned from them and I believe if I choose this path I am able to fix my mistakes and have a good impact on the server. Finally, I would like to be someone important to the server, someone that is somewhat loved.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: believe I can help the server by bringing fairness and support. I know how to handle conflicts, and resolving issues between people, and ensure that everyone feels heard and respected. What sets me apart from other applicants is my familiarity with the server's rules and people, with a genuine passion for helping others and a implementing positivity on the server. My dedication and commitment to maintaining a welcoming environment for all members. I will always be looking for grey areas on the staff team to report for further improvement and more!
