Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: 2 bans 4 warns from when I began the server, I used to be a troll but fell in love with the community and server. All failrp/fearrp/rdm
How many hours can you be on everyday: Really depends, anywhere from 1-8 depending on the day and what i've got going on, but im online most days.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, previous admin experience in 1 counter strike community and moderator in another, but its been years since I've touched an admin tool.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Reaching Commissioner in ISD is the biggest one, definitely helps me create the RP that I want to. Other than that I'd say i've made efforts to improve the new member experience of ISD that are helpful. I'm not alone in these efforts but US ISD is starting to be in a really great place
Why would you like to become a staff member: Going to be honest, the benefits. I'd like to help the server clean up some of the mess that comes online and i've got experience to help me be a good staff member. I think if I can help remove some problematic players while staffing it will help me out more while im RPing as it will be less likely to be interrupted.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I honestly don't have too much I could say in this regard. Through the staff members i've talked to, and the staff sits that i've been pulled to on both sides I think you guys run your staffing team and the ticket system in a fairly good way that doesn't interrupt RP.
