Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: Yes, I received multiple warns and one ban. (Though when I was banned, I reported it and that warn was overturned. Thus, the ban shouldn't be held against me.) My last warn is SEVERAL months ago, at least 3 months ago.
How many hours can you be on everyday: At least 1-2 hours a day.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I was a moderator for a TTT server for multiple years.
I was also a community manager for another large server that had a minimum of 75+ active members at a time.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: There are so many things that I have done within this server and genuinely I loved mostly every second of it. Myself and friends we have rebuilt the legal system together from the ground up within Internal Affairs. I personally have obtained the rank of Ambassador/Inspector and OSA. I have been a Captain, I have been in E-11. I have done all sorts of Roleplay events with the GM's and am friends with a ton of people on this server. I would say one of the main things that I am proud of are the friendships I have built while playing on this server.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I won't give an incredibly long-winded explanation of myself here, but I have noticed a lack of staff during my play times, as I usually play during down times. On top of this, for a while on this server I had a negative stigma towards my name, and I have worked tirelessly to clear that, as I stated previously, I had a ton of warns against me in the past, however it's been MONTHS since I received even one and I am a very active player. I want to prove to the few people left that I am different than I used to be, better than I once was and at the same time I can assist the server.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I have made a forum post about this in the past, there is a disparity between the staff members and the actual rules and regulations set in place by SL. The staff seem to have confusion on the rules and one player could interpret things differently than another. On top of this, the rules seem to be scattered about and not in one cohesive location. I would like to clean things up and organize them better so that players aren't lost any longer and have no excuse on not understanding rules.
