Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I have a lengthy history of warns from last year but changed the way I've acted, as of right now I only have 2 active warns.
How many hours can you be on everyday: 3-5
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: No, I do not have any prior staff experience but I'm sure I can Do my best and become a good staff. some benefit I can say for not being a staff is I am I am familiar with some of the Rules in the game and OOC and I'm sure I can use that as a benefit for my first time being a staff to help me adapt quicker and how I can be a responsible active staff member.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: What I'm proud of what I have achieved in game is Nu7 Cpt I held never thought I would make it to Cpt which means a lot to me that I managed to get my first every CO position. I am also very proud of my A1 position CPL always wanted to get into A1 and this is one of my achievements that I value the most on how it took me a while to get into A1 and a lot of work. Also, very proud of becoming a Goc LCpl after it took me couple tryouts to get into Goc.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to become a staff because I really enjoy this community and the people in it and I want to be more involved in the community and help out in the community and make it better for other players and the new ones and making it easier for them to understand how to play the game. I want to help maintain the fun of the Community and ensure the fun for future of the players and ensure punishments for any players that break the rules. I want to also always be there for any players that have question or needs help. another reason why I want to be staff is to keep it fair for players knowing that some staff are not fair and I want to be a staff member that treats all player equally.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: If I could improve something's on the staff team is the response time on tickets knowing a lot of tickets are left untouched for long periods of times when players need urgent help, I am confident that I can be the staff to take their ticket as soon as possible when needed. To add on what I could improve is the activity of staff on low pop and activity in general, I know that not all staff can be active on low pop or don't want to get on in low pop but that is fine I can be that one staff that is on low pop and help out players that need it, there has always been some times when I needed help and there were no staff on or none would take my ticket so I want to be that one staff that can be their on a lot and to help any players that need it.
