Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I have received several punishments. All of these were received when I was brand new to the server. I won't lie, I definitely used to minge around, however I have stopped and changed my persona drastically. Part of this big change was changing my name formally, that way I can let Bob 'Devstacks' die out from the minge activity, and restart. (Punishments posted below).
How many hours can you be on everyday: Weekdays 6-8, Weekends 6-12
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I used to be a Permanent Admin for a popular DarkRP server (Senior Admin Equivalent). I also have experience with moderation in twitch/discord.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achieved in-game: Something that I am proud of in game is setting the USA Nu-7 weekly activity record. 114 activities to be exact, and it took a lot of hard work. I am also in the process of making 2L of Class X (sorry for the info-breach), which takes a LOT of time to gather the materials and make everything. I think that this is just the start for my achievements, as it is clear that I can make something happen given my dedication and mindset.
Why would you like to become a staff member: On other servers, I have always liked staffing. I'm sure everyone has had their fair share of 2hr power tripping, however once that is over I genuinely enjoy helping new players out. In my experience, I have been very lenient, giving verbal warnings where applicable as I want players to enjoy the server and come back. I am also very active during lowpop, which I believe I can help out quite a bit as I know the struggle of getting online and having 10+ tickets to attend to.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I think that having staff during the downtimes is a current issue that is pretty prominent. I will say, ever since Dredd was introduced to the staff team, it's very nice to see a friendly face on helping out when no one else is available (thank you Dredd!). I do think that there is a long way to go with the staff activity during downtimes, and I believe that I can contribute greatly to that!
