Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: Yes, all of my punishments were back when I first joined the server, and was a huge minge. This is my first SeriousRP server, and I was not used to a bunch of these rules that Civil Networks has. I do take full accountability for my actions, as some of the things were very self explanatory. After my ban, I knew that I screwed up and wanted to change my behavior. This is reflected by my warnings dropping in September. In addition, I have since changed my name because I don't want to be associated with my previous behavior. (list posted below)
How many hours can you be on everyday: Weekdays 6-8, Weekends 6-12
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I used to be a double admin for a popular DRP server (Senior Admin equivalent). I also used to mod for twitch/discord as well.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achieved in-game: Achieving Nu-7 LT is something that I've worked long and hard for. From putting in literal days worth of work every week, up to this point is something that I am proud of doing. In addition, setting the weekly activity record for Nu-7 US is something that I am also proud of. As I've stated, if I set my mind to something, I will accomplish it. I think that this can reflect to my behavior as a staff member as well.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to become a staff member to help out the community. I've always been a very lenient staff member as I hate to punish people that are just trying to play the server. I want people to return, and going for the maximum punishment's for every little thing sucks. I saw first hand how that behavior killed an entire community. I also have a very screwed up sleeping schedule, so I'm very active during low-pop. I believe that should this application be accepted, I could be a big help during the downtimes. I know what it's like to get online and be tasked with HOURS worth of stacked sits. It sucks.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I believe that one thing that could be fixed is who has the ability to give guns/armor/health. I'm unsure if this was a feature that was removed due to abuse, however it would help a lot with the ERT bug. If a mass breach happens late at night, and there are no staff high enough to correct the ERT's armor/loadouts, we are kind of just out of luck.
