Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: No
How many hours can you be on everyday: Up to an hour or more.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, previous staff experience within this community, which I resigned at first before being removed due to lack of completing requirements.
I worked with the event team doing my best to aid in events to make things more fun, working alongside Gamemasters and event team to enhance the general roleplay around site.
I also aided in multiple bans of groups who join to minge/MRDM and suppressing the impact they had on roleplay on the server.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Reaching the rank of CPT in AMTF Nu-7 rank wise and facilitating roleplay through use of mechanics they regular players are unable to use without staff or gm aid.
I also helped some people discover chemicals that were (At the time) being gatekept when they were initially added (Holy Armor).
Why would you like to become a staff member: I enjoy the gameplay loop but see it frequently disrupted by Rulebreakers or situations outside of the control of the regular player.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Limit the amount of people who ignore rulebreakers. I frequently see staff who are aware of rule breaks and do not get involved as "I do not have a clip" in which case they would be able to have a conversation with the person when they witness an event and would not necessarily have to warn/ban them.
