Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes Previously on CN I was a Moderator and on other communities I have been Head Admin on DarkRP I would mostly handle Lower staff and discord but i have done Most lower rolls such where you take tickets and Admin sits I have been at Senior Moderator levels is Both GTA FiveM servers Rust Servers along with there respected discord servers along with a few other niche games servers and discords
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Made it to CSG in Every MTF but A1and E-11 I have participated in plenty of high level role Play scenarios and events including being main stage in server wide events and going as far as helping make some of these events happen when i was on and off the staff team. I have good knowledge of just about any general topic that could come to mind for just about anything roleplay related and can be a good help in growing new fun roleplay.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become a staff member for a couple of reasons, 1st and my biggest reason is I like to play the servers at off hours occasionally and it fits my schedule better but a big problem of those off hours is low staff presence a lot and due to my ability to play these times regularly i like to help enforce the rules when its needed during off hours and make sure to answer tickets and not let them just end up building up, My 2nd main reason is I have a lot of experience staffing on other servers and even have experience staffing on this server I would like to come back to the staff team knowing how friendly and great it is to be apart of the staff team and be able to help give back to the server and help roleplay thrive.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: After doing my research before writing this application I saw a general discussion post and even other applications talk about a US issue that seems to be happening called Invisible ruling where a lesser staff member gives a punishment for a obscure rule given by a SSL member by word of mouth rather than being properly announced or posted anywhere this being said I believe that for staff teams to be able to work with the sever there always needs to be discussions before any rule can be added no matter how minor even by SSL unless there is something under immediate emergency and needs to be changed for the health of the server I think the entire community should like most governments in the world decide on different rulings rather than just SSL being able to put in a rule whenever they want
