Head admin-Moderator for a GTA PSN RP (multiple servers with ranks in between Head Admin and Moderator)
I would moderate best we could with the limits of GTA5 games while roleplay happened, made sure people followed rules, didn't cop bait, brought in some new rules myself and contributed into the betterment of communication between all staff members.
Moderator for a few War or Rights event servers
Modded in game the selected servers for WoR while events took place, made sure balance was equal as close as we could for a 1:1, spectated the game and issued warnings/kicks/bans when needed after several warnings.
Moderator for an SCP;SL game
Handled admin sits of MRDM/RDM, sending proof of hackers and getting them banned, played with the community and stayed with them during games not staying in an observer mode, helped admins/event organizers with playing events within the game.
Secretary (Mod) for a PnW web game discord alliance server
was one of many secretaries of the internal affairs within the alliance, helped keep members in check with MMR, econ, project buildings, and helped the econ department with giving grants/loans when asked.

Moderated his chat while he streamed engaged with his community before he stopped streaming.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Becoming an E-11 LCPL and on track onto stepping into the NCO COC. Ever since I joined E-11 I've felt it's been easier to make friends with the bunch (love you my e-11 boys!)
Why would you like to become a staff member: As much as I'm a new player, I was introduced of CN in general and the GMOD SCP community through youtubers playing and posting their videos. I never got gmod until a few days ago where I bought it and immediately found my way into GMOD SCP and joined CN. I Enjoy the community and player base within the USA servers and would like to help keep it enjoyable for everyone new and old players.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: One thing I stated in my previous application which I will mention again with a different point, was the staff activity/presence during the early morning's hours especially after restart. I have seen improvements where there is some staff that logs on earlier but that became a day-to-day basis. With the new change log making clearance cards unavailable for D-Class to purchase until the server pop has reached 60, they've found a new checky way to somewhat bypass this restriction. Some D-class would job abuse logging in as a GENSEC/Researcher etc... with a clearance card and roam the facility getting a higher clearance and/or make their way into 914 and get a disguise. I always log on after restart or a few mins afterwards to help with any of the job abusing situation that may happen before a more influx of players, but having a staff able to watch over for the first 15-30 minutes would help make sure people get warned about the rule they're breaking. While I can fully understand why Staff cannot be on so early in the morning, I would be able to be the one to help out during that time.
