Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I have 3 kicks and 5 warns for RDM, CD violation, 2x FailRP and Power Gaming ranging from 2022 to 2024. I very honestly do not recall how I obtained these warns but since I came back from a rather long break I have not gotten a warn.
How many hours can you be on everyday: 1 to 8 hours a day depends really on the day but on average 3
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I was a staff member a few years back here and staff on another server in 2020 but these opportunities did not mark me much if I'm honest
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I'm proud to have an impact on the DEA department when I get on Special Agent and to have people come and ask me questions and being able to help them and keep them interested in DEA to stay around and play with us
Why would you like to become a staff member: I feel like I could bring a lot to the server as a staff member. I always like to help and I believe that I'm very fair and reasonable. I have a lot of experience on the server as a whole having been around most groups. I think id be able to understand and judge most situations with impartiality and bring a fair judgment. It would also allow me to meet more people and interact with people I don't normally interact with as being a staff member isn't just warning people but much more and helping the server stay healthy.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I think these is sometimes a lack of staff members outside of peak hours and I often am online during these hours like 12 to 3 PM EST or 11 PM to 2 AM EST. I can also bring another perspective to staff and that's something that's always nice to have and overall I'm someone that's very easy to get along with and also really hard to offend so nothing anyone says can hurt me so I'd say I'm confident I can deal with every situation unless it requires SL or SSL.
