Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I have only been in the server for a little over a week play time and i have gotten the role of Ambassador. That is just one of things im proud of. I have made alot of good friends. Friends on site can help or hinder work on site.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become staff because I can be on for long hours, i have experience with being a staff member, and I can keep my cool while under stress. I have noticed that some staff waits can be long and i hope to cut them down a good amount. There is not much else i can say since I have only been on the server for a short time, but I hope to make the server better.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I whold have to say the staff responce times to staff calls.i have seen people wait anywhere from an hout to 2 hours for a staff to take their sit, How I would improve staff responce times is being flexiable and be able to go to calls right as they come in. If i cant help with the responce time I could help with the staff work load. I have been told that a lot of staff get stressed and burnt out which is hard for me.
