Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I have received one verbal warning when i first joined the server because i was told to kill a D class that had a gun and accidentally killed someone else that didn't have a gun.
How many hours can you be on everyday: i can play anywhere from 1 to 3 hours a day generally
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I have a large amount of experience moderating discord servers and FiveM servers, including multiple large scale content servers and content creator discords, i would say i have close to 3-4 years of experience. i do not however have any experience with Gmod moderation specifically.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I had a really fun RP scenario when I was playing Type green-A where a specific member of NU-7 kept coming back and messing with me, so in RP i was tweaking out on him about how i was gonna get to him when i breached and i just felt like it was an overall funny lighthearted scene that made what could have been a boring wait much more fun.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to be a staff member to help create a better environment on the server. I haven't been playing long but i have sincerely enjoyed every minute of this server so far and want to do my part to make it even better.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: If i could improve one thing it would be the speed at which sits are taken. i feel like I'm the kind of person who will always prioritize helping someone else to make sure their experience is better.
