Yes, I have been a Super admin and Head GM. While I look back on the past experiences fondly I have resigned from each one.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game:
I am very proud of the time and effort I have put into Gensec Captain as well as Nu-7 SGT. I have attempted and succeeded at some of the following that have made me proud to be a part of the server:
Gensec: Working on relations between Gensec and ISD, taking up and working on Tactics and Assessments for Gensec, the creation of the T&A doc for Gensec to help with training, and achieving the the internal rank captain (hopefully senior captain).
Nu-7: reaching the rank of SGT and Becoming a part of Iron Shield
Lastly, I am very proud of the people that I have met and befriended
Why would you like to become a staff member:
As a captain I have spent a lot of time in D-block dealing with D-class and Cadets, so I have seen some of the best the server has to offer as well as the worst. This has led me to deal with many different situations roaming from the D-class that shouts racial profanity to the Cadet that snaps and guns down a researcher. In all of these situations I have seen how the servers staff team can be stretched extremely thin in an attempt to accommodate everyone's needs.
I hope that by becoming part of the staff team I can assist the community and staff so that the server can benefit as a whole.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so:
I have personally found myself up at late hours in the day due to being based PST and found there is a lack of staff a lot of the time. While I wish that more staff were active at all times of the day I understand that everyone has their time that they can give to the server and it's not always applicable to go outside of that.
