Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I was a senior admin on Zenith project RP, I was active 10-12 hours a day and improved the community by giving good OOC interactions and fair POVs in sits.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achieved in-game: I've been an active IA member with no for a few months on the server.
Why would you like to become a staff member:
I am passionate about becomming a moderator for our server because of the immense enjoyment and memmorable experiences I have had while playing on it. This community has provided me with countless good and amazing times, and I feel a strong desire to give back and contribute positively in return. By becoming a moderator, I can play a significant role in ensuring that others have simmilarly positive experiences.One of my primary motivations is to help maintane a safe and enjoyable environment for all players. Issues such as Random Deathmatch (RDM), toxicity, and other forms of rule-breaking can significantly detract from the overall experience. These negative behaviors not only affect the individuals involved but also disrupt the entire community. As a moderator, I want to stand up against these issues and enforce the rules consistantly and fairly, ensuring that everyone can enjoy their time on the server without encountering unnecessary frustrations. Moreover, I believe that my proactive approach and dedication to the community will help foster a sense of unity and respect among players. I am committed to being approachable and supportive, ready to assist anyone in need and to address any issues that arise promptly and effectively. This includes providing guidance to new players, mediating conflicts, and offering support to those affected by negative behaviors. Additionally, I see the role of a moderator as an opportunity to contribute to the growth and improvement of the server. By actively engaging with the community, gathering feedback, and implementing constructive changes, I can help create a more inclusive and welcoming environment.
