Depends on the days, but on average 3-4 hours.

Yes, I have plenty of experience on other servers as a staff member. I will list some of the highest ranks below;

But as for civil, the highest staff rank I got before I resigned was Moderator.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game:
Currently, I am proud of my ranks I have achieved in Alpha-1 and the former MTF's I was in. Before joining A-1 I was a CPL in NU-7, and I am currently a LCPL in A-1.
Why would you like to become a staff member:
I would like to become a staff member at Civil Networks for many reasons, the first and most obvious one is to help out around the server. This can be achieved in many ways, such as taking tickets quickly, answering OOC questions, or simply improving roleplay and engaging with the community. It is important for staff members to ensure they are keeping an active V-Time and engagement in game, without this engagement new players may not feel "welcomed" to the server, as its a little confusing starting out. Although I have been recently unblacklisted, I feel I have earned the respect of many people and am ready for the role in Staff. I think I have proved I have grown more mature and ready to move up in the ranks. Now, for another reason, is to help catch rule breakers around the server. I have noticed that many tickets go unanswered during low pop, meaning rule breakers can roam freely. If I become staff, I believe I can help with this, making less and less rule breaks during low pop as I can answer the tickets quickly. Now, I have many strengths that could help me with this position, such as communication, activity, and friendliness.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so:
If I could improve ANYTHING on the staff team, I feel it would be the activity and how quickly the tickets can be taken. If I were to help improve this, I would offer rewards for the highest tickets. These can be many of things, V-Points, roles, or even just recognition. Now, for the activity part, you can do the same thing for V-Time. The staff member with the highest V-Time could get similar rewards to the one with the highest tickets.
