How many hours can you be on everyday: Depends on day and time of the year, usually 15+ hours a week. I am not home all the time so I can't exactly say "everyday."
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes I have had multiple positions across various servers and games. Mostly from FiveM and Gmod, I have had various amounts of positions too. Summer of last year I was assisting in coding of a DarkRP server, I have been Owner, and Co-Owner of many servers from DarkRP, Imperial RP, Clone Wars RP, Military RP, Police RP, and SCP RP since 2018. I was also apart of this staff team in 2024 on SCP US, and I have been staff on the Military server too.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: One of the things I am most proud of is my consistency of being apart of the community, I first joined in early 2023. Through-out my time I have been apart of a variety of positions and groups. I have done my best to assist within those departments too. I had held those positions for a good amount of time and I believe I made a difference in them. My most proud would be my E-11 CPT role, CI-MCOM, GOC Sr Attache, GOC 1SGT, DEA Dpt Manager, and ECA.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I have been recently getting back into the community. Though I have noticed a lot of inconsistency of the staff members, some days the numbers are good, some days its completely empty of staff while a good amount of players are still active and in need of help. Though through-out my time of being a part of this community I have noticed a lot of lack of communication between rules, staff, and even staff reaching out for help. I would like to change that and encourage it more. I am always trying to ensure players feel like they can reach out for assistance or if they have questions. Though it is just a game, there are also a lot of minges, and rule breakers across the server that I would assist in. I have had a good amount of free-time so I figured the least I could do is try and help out with staff.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I would say the communication skills across those who don't ask for help. Rule clarifications has always been bad on the server and I would really like to improve that. There are countless times I have been told that something is an "unwritten ruling" that I or other's have been in trouble for. Then a different staff member would tell me it isn't against the rules. Another thing is a lot of people are unaware of the simple rulings typically being about SCP's or D-Class. Though it can be confusing I would like to improve these problems on the server.
