Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: Never been Warned/Banned
How many hours can you be on everyday: Ingame it is a solid 2-4 Hours, Discord is basically 16 Hours since I always respond.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: This Community I've been Staff twice, Community before hand I reach Administrator and Training Team Instructure which Trained new staff, new members for the community and also trained new Instructors for the Training team.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I've achieved very many positions In game, and I believe that is a huge feat cause the positions I have gotten into have had huge impacts on the community, from me being in the Committee as a member, working with the law and creating systems that made research more easily available to lower ranks (Cross-testing rework) to me being in Site Administration helping out GENSEC get back on their feet, with the simple addition of looking out of their Quality of life on the server, I've helped many people see their best self in all regards, giving personal advice to what they want to achieve in the Future on this server.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to help out the community again (3rd time) when it comes to server rules, I do spend a lot of time informing people on the correct rules and what not to be doing, making me very experienced in that regard, based on what I have done tho, I want to make informing the rules more practical on my behalf, as in, I'm the staff member enforcing them since I do enforce them based on the wording, only using my own initiative on the most unique of situations that require it.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Communication about either Rulings that aren't rulings, but actually just opinions and situational handling of that sit that shouldn't dictate that as a further ruling, communicating this to all staff member that I am able to inform and if a certain rank is reached, the proper mentoring and teach of individuals that Rulings in a sit by a staff member are a one time opinion to hand that certain situation, and if it is not added to the Ruling Sheet, it does not apply to all situations.
