Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: ERP ban back in 2025 for spamming w and s on someone. I believe March.

How many hours can you be on everyday: 2 to 5 hours

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I used to be a staff in a RP server before I had left for a military deployment. I would support issues with the average of around 93 claims a week, assist in dupe fixing, even help in disputes from players that needed to be reevaluated from bans or warnings.

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Something I am most proud of was my role in the research department. Although not a CL4, I contributed to a great amount of projects and chemical making as a Sr Researcher. After being accepted as an Executive Researcher, I do believe the world around my character will remain the same since I set some sort of standard for myself.

Why would you like to become a staff member: I'd like to become a staff member to contribute back to the community since there were moments where people will give me advice and tips as a veteran. While it is no surprise that staff have to maintain some sort of professionalism and activity, it's not anything that's new to me. Taking the work load off the current staff makes the server run smoothly' and it allows us as players to be helped within a short notice.

If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Honestly, I haven't seen a negative aspect from the staff team. I believe the quality of the team is why I answer as such despite the strange interactions they had. One advice I would give is trying to be a bit informative with issues so players can help each other out instead of just calling "god" for small issues. Other then that, I really don't see any flaws unless I'm missing out on something important.
