Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I was a admin on another server for 6months but didn't really get to contribute as much as I whish I could have.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: One thing I'm proud of is how quickly I've become familiar with the server and its community. I've tried my best to learn all the rules, engage in roleplay, and become someone other players can have a good experience interacting with.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I enjoy helping people and want to give back to the community. Even though I'm still fairly new, I've taken the time to learn the rules and understand how the server operates. I know being staff is about being patient, fair, and professional, not having extra power. I'd like to help players, answer questions, and assist with keeping the server enjoyable for everyone.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: From my experience so far, I'd focus on making sure players receive quick and clear responses when they need help. Even if an issue can't be solved immediately, keeping players updated goes a long way. I'd also work closely with other staff members to make sure support requests don't get overlooked.
