Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I have around 120 very minor staffing experience on a similar SCP-RP server, over a year ago
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I received that rank of captain after around 2 weeks as SGT after a few days on Captain and completing my quota I was promoted to the rank of JR captain, i then worked my way through the next 2 weeks completing over 20 tryouts and got promoted to the rank of REG captain that i am currently holding,
I am proud of myself for receiving the rank of Captain as i now have more responsibilities in the general security Department, and i am able to help out more around D-block
after weeks of hard work as a captain im am proud to say i have reached the highest rank of gensec captain, as i am now a SR captain in security hoping to reach chief next
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become staff to help out the server during the later hours on the server in US time zone, i have noticed multiple situations where players are needing staff at the later hours when none are online, because some people act differently when there is no one around to punish them is around, i have noticed a few shares of RDM, FailRP and metagaming situation around these hours.
i would also like to become staff to help out some of the other captains and higher ranking players in other departments when doing tryouts. as a captain now i have noticed that i need staff assistance to give licenses or whitelist's to players if they pass tryouts, which usually takes a little while for staff to respond, so i would like to help make mine and other higher ranking members lives easier by providing fast sit times for OOC issues and IC issues
i have also noticed during the later hours of the server i have also noticed some severe toxicity from player-player, where staff are needed to punish the player for the "unkind" words they are saying during these later hours.
I would also like to help out the server in as many other ways as i can as staff
i apologies in the repetitiveness in my applications but i genuinely cant not think of anything else to right out to help my case, ive wanted to become staff for awhile now and i believe this is the best i can write up
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: if i could improve anything on staff i would try to improve the time it takes for tickets to get accepted, ive waited over an hour for sits before on "important" choice, if i become staff id like to try and make tickets only take minute to get accepted, and lower the processing time of sits, ive been in sits that have taken over 15 minutes for a simple RDM report with evidence. Id also like to improve the trial period for staff, by increasing it, ive met some pretty iffy staff member that are in there trial period that wind up getting promoted.
