Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: Yes I have recieved a few warnings, kicks, and bans over the years but my only active warning is prop blocking.
How many hours can you be on everyday: 4+
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I used to be a member of staff at a GMOD DarkRP server which closed in early 2023. The job that I had in that server is that of a Staff Manager, where I assisted with recruiting new members for the staff and assisted with developing new features on the server. Another job that I had is that of a Senior Moderator at a FiveM server, where I am a member of an organization. In my position, I managed certain groups in the server, monitored role play, and handed out punishment when necessary. In all my experiences, I managed to showcase my skills in following a command structure.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I am proud that I achieved the rank of O-1 LT ingame. Getting to that rank was a hard feat that I accomplished and showed off the hard work I put in to achieve it.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to be a part of the staff team for a few reasons. I would like to be able to improve others experience on the server and I believe I could help do that by being a part of the staff team. I would also like to help with the response time of tickets / ingame reports. Many people are constantly asking in OOC for "staff to take sits", and I have been on the other side of this from time to time and I believe me being a part of the staff team and being active on it can help the response time.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I would want to improve low pop experience with little to no staff members on, by taking reports and keeping server health high at times when its easy for it to not be.
