Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I've only been banned on Discord for my name, as it resembles someone else who was banned. This was resolved though and shouldn't be on my record.
How many hours can you be on everyday: 2-6 Hours a day.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I do have previous experience as a Senior Administrator over on what was once a popular Imperial RP server. (It's been shut down for a while now tho.)
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I'm proud of achieving my first Cl4 and Sr CL4 position on this server, both being in E-11. First is achieving E-11 Lieutenant and my first Sr. Cl4 is E-11 Commander. I've found so many amazing people on this server and made some good friends. Everyone is extremely welcoming and the staff has been helpful every time I've interacted with them.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to become a staff member because I enjoy helping people resolve their issues. Such as answering questions for new players, clarifying rules for them, and assisting them in any way that I can. I believe I have a clear understanding of the rules, and I can be an active staff member to enforce them. I hope to also get more experience staffing to further improve myself at handling situations.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: One thing I would like to improve is staff responsiveness. I've noticed that some players' tickets may go unanswered for periods of time, causing issues to go unresolved and players to not get punished when they break the rules. I've noticed players ask for staff to take their tickets in OOC after a few minutes. As for everything else, staff seems to be doing a good job.
