What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
- I am well versed in the CoE, and work very well with not only the EC, but its assigned MTF regiment being Omega-1. Aside from those two groups, I work very well with most, if not everyone I work with on site. I have held two Cl4 roles and had no issues in either capacity, which shows I can both handle responsibility of higher ranking positions on site, as well as hold positions of rank without problems. Realistically this is my first real non-combative job but I feel it's a good place to start due to my pre existing knowledge of both the EC, as well as CoE.

What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
- Both upholding the CoE, as well as making sure those on site abide by it.
- Signing work permits and approving / denying tests from researchers.
- Completing orders assigned by the ECM's.
- Authorizing KOS past airlock if need be.
- Authorizing AA usage if need be.
- Working with all departments on site for any Ethics related issues.

Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:

(My lore is going to not be super good, this is my first non-combative role that I'm really investing myself into.)

Early Life: Fritz spent his early years serving as part of his home cities SWAT unit. The thrill of gun fights and combat existed sure, but he was beginning to feel the overbearing weight of that thrill, one wrong move, one wrong action could cost him everything. This began to slowly push Fritz to pursue college and built his drive to get further into the more administrative side of his career. Fritz invested into his Criminology Degree, Administration of Justice, as well as Psychology, wanting to work more on the people side of things. During the course of his studies and classes, he began to make contacts with very reserved, and somewhat shady figures that were paid in full to attend, what he believed was a sponsorship program of some sort. One of the figures in said group actually became friends with Fritz, and his name was never shared, although they did begin to become somewhat close.

Present Day: After time had passed, and the classes seemed to be coming to their ends, Fritz was given an "internship offer" where he would come to an undisclosed job site and work with the "Ethical" side of the staff operations, and have an opportunity to assist with some "job site functions". Fritz was brought to this new intern position, to a location called Site-87. There, Fritz would undertake unofficial roles assisting with the screening of research assignments, as well as receiving complaints for malpractice from on-site medical staff, or mistreatment from security staff. Fritz was offered an opportunity to transfer to a new site, Site-65, and possibly take the title of "Ethics Committee Assistant", to which Fritz happily applied for said position.
