Why should you be unbanned:
Because I'm a very nice person, I've never broken any rules, had no previous bans or warnings, and I'm highly active on the server, especially with who I play with! I was even wrongly accused of RDMing, and I had to get DENNID to join the sit and prove my innocence! Yes, dennid even had to back me up because I was accused of something for training and what we do in NU7.

I actually just cried in Teamspeak. I'm in Teamspeak with Dennid and a couple others while writing this. I'm extremely upset.

The fact that live fire combat training and more were trying to be used against me really made me even more upset. In fact, I even asked for some witnesses to be brought in, but they were never invited except for DENNID! Again, if it weren't for DENNID being online and stuff, I'm sure I'd be screwed!

Also, I'm doing my hardest to keep a clean slate and keep records clean. I do my best to keep myself clean, and doing so really and truly means a lot for me and to me!

I've not EXP farmed, I've not abused or anything, and I believe there is a lack of actual evidence for this claim!

Also, the only way to see someone's cool down for credit is to credit them! So you have to use the credit command to see the timer, as far as I'm aware! It won't send them the credit due to cooldown purposes! As far as I'm aware, there isn't a way to directly see the timer without crediting someone. ---- But I was doing tests; I even had an escort from GENSEC!

How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?:
I'm up to date with practically all the rules, and I guess I could follow procedures way more fine-lined. And as I currently do, when I have an issue or need to clarify something, I usually do admin sits to get direct clarification!

Why do you want to rejoin this server?:
Because I'm a very nice person, I've never broken any rules, had no previous bans or warnings, and I'm highly active on the server, especially with who I play with! I love the community, and it's the first Garry's mod server I've ever played, and it makes me happy.

When I got into the sit I basically cried near the end. I was feeling extremely horrible. I even asked for a verbal; I even mentioned my head camera was on and could have spectated me, but didn't. Heck, today I even took training to become an agent. I'm doing my best to take a massive part in the community, and I also believe a lack of evidence has been produced and such. I'm begging, please, for it to be removed from my account.

I'm extremely upset upon writing this while talking to others and trying to calm down. When I get emotional, I can barely talk straight. I'm really sorry, and I'm sure even my CO's in my MTF could even back this up.

I was giving the D-Class following me and another, and especially the GENSEC that was with me credit; I kept using the test area near medbay "LCZ" (the one where I went up the stairs too). I'd go forward and back from medbay and D-block when needed; there was even a medic who healed or helped a D-Class that was with me, from him wearing a ring to also seeing people staring at him!

I was a researcher for probably less than 30 minutes. give or take a little, wasn't a researcher for very long. I spent all day as an MTF! I rarely play any other class now that I've gotten into an MTF! Can be confirmed via the hours I have in my MTF, how I always attend trainings, and more! I'm always in external communications! I can't remember how long I played researcher at the time, but wasn't like 1h+ surely.

I also always tell the D-Class what could happen and what to do, before making them do anything. There's even a board with explanations of what certain things do, that i'll even read and study if someone wants to try something that I've not done before. And if they need to be taken back to medbay for medical examination from a doctor i'll make sure to always do that!

I was called into the sit prior to the XP Farming allegations. From what I gathered the Admin seemed to be threatening a MASSRDM warn due to him having killed multiple Nu7 a few hours prior. The only reason he wasn't banned is because as Deputy Director of DEA I could vouch that Nu7 do live fire training multiple times a day and that was the reason for the logs.

The XP farming allegation seems to be from when he offered dclass 'free xp' which was just him enticing dclass to come for tests, which yes isn't the best wording to use in RP scenarios but does definitely not constitute definitive proof of XP farming.

From where I am standing it looks like the Admin Nomad was just fishing for a reason to ban him and didn't properly investigate the allegations of XP farming after not properly investigating the reason he had killed the Nu7.

Then when you moved on you said that there must be a dclass who want free exp. As well when looking through chat logs over 25 minutes there were two full log pages of you saying chat due to crediting twice per minute it seamed that you were exp farming resulting in the ban. The reason there could have been a lot of credit (command usage) is because I was doing a lot of testing, and seeing as an SCP were roaming in and near medbay and roaming and dclass roaming, I'm required to give credit for tests! for the gensec and dclass, and was going forward and back from the medbay to the nearest place (LCZ).

And neither of my witnesses were spoken to, EXCEPT for DENNID. Also, I have credit bound to "G" and sometimes press it even as MTF and MTF can't give credit, no matter what (I'm a CPL). And I've been playing as MTF since we all started dying. I even played as MTF-Researcher-MTF-Researcher I was going forward and back from the test chamber constantly.

" it seamed that you were exp farming resulting in the ban. Have a nice day." This sounds like an assumption rather than you being sure or having evidence, so given the context, I'm hoping it is possible to appeal the ban.

Again, I am extremely sorry for how this may appear. I'm just begging for it to be lifted and cleared! PLEASE

Merrick Travolta here. As the GENSEC who was escorting harland and his D-class, I don't recall him asking about free XP in D-block (Though my memory isn't perfect on that), I do know we visited the room that houses multiple SCP items in LCZ, Two of those trips took us to medbay to get the d-class "Fixed", The last time we tested before the Type-greens began to overrun D-block and the surrounding areas with 939's, we happened to take D-class directly from medbay who was just roaming the halls having likely fled from D-block.
