I will straight up say this, this is a bad application. I'll go through a list of things you could do better in a next application.

-A SteamID looks like: STEAM_0:1:86276173. It is NOT a link to your steam profile. While in game, if you hold tab and go to yourself, there's an option to copy SteamID. This will give your specific SteamID on your clipboard.

-A time zone is basically the region of time you live in. For example, if you live in Great Britain, your time zone would be GMT. What you posted, the time of posting your application, is your relative time. This will not be useful when we want to know what time zone you live in and know when you can be online.

-Pertaining to most questions, you haven't gone into specific subjects.
-How will you make the 'medic team' a lot better. Bring in ideas that will help the medical department and state them on your application. If you think about how to help the department and show us, we'll be more inclined to listen and maybe implement your ideas.
-'Ill act propely and do whatever it takes to be a good medical consultant' This statement is also ambiguous. What kind of things would a 'good medical consultant' do? Stay around Medical Consultants and ask about their jobs. You'll learn their duties and in time you'll learn what you could do better and be better than the current medical consultants.

-'Please explain an in-game medical procedure of your choice:' In this section you choose a specific medical procedure that you will explain with as much detail as you can. Explain all the steps to Electroshock Therapy, explain all the steps to fixing fractures. What you've described is as general as you can be: Ask what's wrong and then do the procedure. Next time you would explain the specific procedure instead of just saying 'I start the procedure with whatever is wrong with them.

-'Medical consultants must look out for What the medics are doing so they dont do anything falsely' This isn't that bad, but try to extend the answer to all the duties a Medical Consultant would have to deal with on a daily basis.

-Your lore is very bare bones. A 3 sentence lore is not enough. Think about a character you wish to build up. Lay the foundation for your motives and why you would want a position as Medical Consultant for example.

Nonetheless, you did do your best and you did submit an application. I wish you good luck.

Most of my reasons for my -Support have already been said above. But here's some feedback for your app.

Make sure you stick to the set template. If you get asked a question, ensure you answer in full instead of "I don't know". I realise it sounds very critical, but try to provide as much information as possible to sell yourself to the ladies and gents reviewing your app. If something asks you for information about a subject, and you need to know what it is, try googling it. In these types of situations, google is your best friend.

The application needs more depth - read your application as if you were looking for someone to fill the role and were on the interviewing panel. Would you let yourself have the whitelist if you submitted that application? Think.

I could keep talking about this, but a lot of what should have been said, has already been said. Good luck.

Good Morning,
Thank you for showing interest for the role. We have reviewed your application for the Medical Consultant and we chose to decline. We think that the application is not detailed enough and looks like it was made in a hurry. Try and put some effort into your app.
