Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Humphrey II started as a police officer with an exceptional record until one day he ran into a monster(SCP-1155, the "Predatory Street Art") where he was attacked and managed to fight it off until saved by MTF Epsilon-9 ("The Cleaners"). After the incident there was a choice not to remember what happened and go upon life or help with the SCP foundation and so he decided. After he was recruited into SCP-Site 65 where Humphrey II started his site-65 days as a GSD and worked up to GSD officer but as time went on saw what horrible things GSD did to d-class on a daily basis of the horrible treatment and torture of d-class. After dealing with it for months he finally decided that it was wrong, and that a change was needed within the department. And so he went up the Coc trying to get help, but no one listened, they just laughed and said it's what they deserve. Until he spoke to ethics they cared and agreed that this treatment was unjust. After ethics, stepping in and actually helping. He decided that that was his calling to help make change. So he decided to take matters into his own hands and try to become the change in the foundation. So he started working up the ladder to become a ECA to help cause this change.
