I will do my absolute best to make roleplay great for everybody, And do the best that I can to be the best GOC operative I can be!... and maybe blow up 999, But that's for another time.
Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?:
To have a good time with everyone and help build up the GOC into a big powerhouse, Showing everyone who's boss!....and maybe blowing up 999. (Seriously, He has it coming, I swear!), And just in general try new things and have fun.
Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?:
After the seventh occult war, The UN wanted more oversight over the anomalous and since the Foundation isnt exactly very forthcoming with information, The GOC was founded to fill the role, Handling anomalous matters and helping keep order in the world from anomalies.
What does the PHYSICS, PSYCHE, and PTOLEMY Divisions specialize in and give an example of some functions they do:
PHYSICS: Basicly the MTF of the GOC, They are the boots on the ground with the big guns, They handle the actual fighting and dealing with anomalies. They have the Assessment teams, Who investigate anomalies and such, And the Strike Teams, Who get their boomsticks and go Assault shit with huge amounts of firepower.
PSYCHE: The Obi-Wan Kenobi's of the GOC. They are The Negotiator's, The one's who handle all diplomatic relationships with other GOI's.
PTOLEMY: The Support, They are Research and Logistical Arm of the GOC, They handle R&D and the supplying of equipment to GOC Operatives.
What Are the Global Occult Coalition's goals?:
The survival of the Human race from the anomalous threat, And the concealment of said threat from the General public and the protection of said public so long as it doesnt conflict with the previous two, And very important, Blowing up 999 (Or any anomaly in general.), Researching the anomalies is last and is only done if it doesnt conflict with the prior Four.
Please explain The Seventh Occult War:
It's when the Nazi's started using Anomalous shenanigans and the War was waged alongside WW2, Sort of in the background and in secret. The group involved was the Ahnenerbe Obskurakorps (The Bad Guys) and the Allied Occult Iniative. (GOC Predecessor, Probably)
What makes the Global Occult Coalition different in in-comparison to the other groups within the SCP-universe in your view?:
They seem more Official and transparent, As they are UN-Backed and are more militaristic as they focus more on Eliminating the threat of Anomalies than the study of them.
