Scrap on kill for D class

What does this suggestion change/add/remove: Per foundation member killed, they earn scrap.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?: Not that I know of.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2): More fun for D-class instead of slaving away for scrap 24/7. On high population, it's really hard to get scrap because of the amount of D-class, but if this is added, it will make a smooth and fun way to play D-class.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion: More riots.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted: D-class has been greatly depreciated, although being the core of the foundation and important for multiple departments. This would definitely bring more players to play D-class.

It is an interesting suggestion, but frankly this negative alone is all that needs to be said for me to not like the idea.

Combat as D-Class is fun, but as a part of the backbone of the server D-Class RP needs to exist and be promoted if ever possible.

Hey, normally I don't respond to suggestions, but I wanted to let you know that adding scrap per kill doesn't benefit any department in the way you are suggesting.

Yes, more people will choose to play as D-class, but not all of them will go into the testing line; many will play for combat instead. It’s nearly impossible to force D-class out of Inner D-block during high population situations.

The UK may experience more riots, while the US needs to see fewer.

Adding your suggestion wont be beneficial for the purpose of the server to Roleplay rather than riots happening every x minutes, resulting in a decrease of general testing in the long run.

FYI, this is my view, not that of the content team.

Ngl i see the point on this Farming scrap is a tedious task but i think another way could be implemented to fix that system.

Unfortunately 99% of the server does not see it this way and will go out of their way to kill dclass just because. RP is usually ignored and because of that Dclass is seen as the minge job that people go to have fun and do BS on.
Better idea: make quests give scrap rewards and let you turn in keycards to an NPC in dblock for scrap(as well as your weapons too cause i cant be asked to care anymore)
