Denied Scud and Himars radar or a helicopter radar

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adds a radar system that either makes the range of a himars/scud larger by being very close to the vehicle or make it a heli radar that withing a certain radius it will constantly ping helps let's say the range is in between mountain and east town it will cover both points as this is unarmed it has to be armoured to fuck as balancing.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Potentially another highly valuable vehicle and another way to have a shot at nerfing heliz without messing with them directly.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
NAH A HELI SHOULD BE QUITE QUIET RIGHT NOT LIKE I HAVE TURBINE ENGINE AND 2 ROTORS WDYM I GOT SPOTTED(UAF BIAS)
Jokes I don't actually think there's a downfall
