Yes, 2 RDM 1 in 2023, 1 in April, nlr and power gaming in Jan, name convention in Nov, afk in Jan, fail RP in April, inappropriate conduct in early May for saying a few words to someone that did not feel safe when I said it, and got banned for 3 days for it. 1 fail rp, 1 ban for a week for macroing (out of context) and 1 metabaiting all in 2025.
Why are you applying for Director of Internal Security?
I'm applying for Director because it is one of the goals that I have for the site. It is a stepping stone I have been striving for and along the way show everyone that I am fit for the postion. It gives me joy being in ISD, and being able to become DOISD would give me the chance to give back more to ISD for the brotherhood I have gained over the years.
What makes you suitable for Director of Internal Security?:
I'm suitable for Director because I have been a Commissioner for a little over 8 months and have shown not just ISD but other Dpts. that I have what it takes to run this club. I have gained confidence in my knowledge through experience that I share with others in ISD and other dpts to take a step further inbecoming more efficient and effective. I have led and taught almost every department head since being an inspector, and they all became great people within the foundation. If I have taught the leaders of now, then I believe that I am more qualified to sit in the same position as they did, are, and will.
What are the responsibilities of the Director of Internal Security in RP?:
The Director of Internal Security is responsible for the daily operations of ISD. They deal with liaison between other dpts and MTF groups with problems that arise between them and ISD. DOISD handles internal issues themselves if commissioners can not handle it via punishment. They approve/deny/withhold the application for inspectors. DOISD bring onboard new commissioners. Talk with the site leadership of progress and changes that can help ISD be better at conducting their daily operations. Handle documentation of every class from open source to classified for sensitivity storage or disposal if needed.Discord name: PapaGir
