Do you have any previous experience as a Gamemaster/Event Manager in a community? I have been on a handful of different communities.
Do you have any advanced skills that would benefit the GM team, such as PAC-3, dupes building, art creation, and others? If yes, give us your best example of putting that skill into practice: I've learned to use dupe buildings. An example I could say would be whenever the team is setting up a big event and wants to do sections, I'm able to copy the dupe and save it, outline it for the next section so they can see where the parts can come into place, and copy it all together in case someone needs a file of the dupe if they lost it. I use it mostly to save creations that take a long time, and that I know I will use or want to edit into something else, but would have the foundation of such.
Please list one RP enhancement for a Foundation Department/MTF: A RP Enhancement that I could think of would be a blood transfusion item that shows blood being taken or given. I chose this because I believe that medical teams within MTF and Medical Departments will be able to give a more realistic event to go based off like, for example, if an MTF operative was bleeding out on the floor and a medic came by and inserted a Blood bag into their arm.
Please list one RP Enhancement for a Non-Foundation Group: A RP enhancement I would suggest would be for CI, a gadet that can disrupt radio waves within a certain distance, I think that this would bring more RP to a CI Raid as it would help inforce a kidnapping and need a quick way to discontinue communications for a specific amount of time instead of needing to detain them then strip them.

I would say elements that make them unfun would be spoilers, metagaming from people getting further then others, minges that makes the gameplay harder then its suppose to, server issues that make it more stressful just to stay on the server then to actually be apart of the event, and sudden changes if make it confusing or outside forces like for example CI Raid during a foundation event and just try to kill everyone during an event.
And finally, what do you wish to achieve by becoming a Gamemaster? I wish to obtain a sense of experience, as well as to understand more of what the community wants within the server. In RP for the DPTs I have been in, I could only do so much, and it gets boring sometimes, but giving out ideas and creating events that don't occur much I think, would give a spark to the server like I do whenever something happens. Give back to what I have been given, basically.
