What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
Well, firstly, with my experience as an Alpha 1 CPT, I'm able to see the day-to-day operations of the council and their assistants and how they best approach certain situations. Secondly, for my RP creation, I have helped run many storylines and RP projects during my time in A1. Thirdly, my conduct on the site is very professional, and I hold myself to a high RP standard.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
Well, as the name implies, you are an assistant to the overseer council, and your main duty is to follow orders handed down to you and take some of the burden off them in roleplay with the less important tasks, but I'll do the normal thing and list them out.

- Carrying out orders on behalf of the council.
- Been the eyes and ears of the council, ensuring they're informed on the site.
- As an OSA, you also work very closely with Alpha-1 and, at times, request their help if needed.
- Conduct interviews on foundation staff.
- As an OSA, you serve under the O5 council. This also means you can enforce the code of conduct.
Please give some lore about your Overseer Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
William M. Newman is the youngest child in a family of 6. His father, Hans Newman, is a retired army officer, and his mother, Sabine Newman, is a high school teacher. They met in 1987 while his father was serving in the German military and got married 6 years later in 1993. His family can be traced back to Bavaria with roots in traditional Bavarian aristocracy.
He attended a prestigious high school in the heart of Munich. According to school reports, he excelled in science, geography, and math, being the ideal student, and while at the school, he had developed a deep love of classical music, taking up the violin and piano, which he excelled at, and then graduated at the top of his class. He then went on to move to Berlin and attend university, where he studied political science and social and cultural anthropology. During his time in Berlin, his love for classical music grew, and he began to devote his time to playing in orchestras.
After university, he moved to London to work as a political research assistant focused on Middle Eastern politics, which he excelled in, and quickly was promoted to a political researcher and shifted his focus to European politics. During this, he became unsatisfied with the extreme workload, which is when he was exposed to a foundation recruiting scheme for the Fire Suppression Department.
During his time inside the Fire Suppression Department, he excelled in his work, was involved in many high-profile incidents, and excelled. Any more information regarding his time in the Fire Suppression Department is strictly restricted to CL4 personnel due to the nature of his work.
