Only warnings : January 14th, FAILRP / 27th february : there was only one brute in D-block and the brute had a keycard and a knife so i immediatly got him from catwalk, he reported me for metagaming because "i'm not supposed to know he is the only brute on site"

The first reason is due to the lack of Captain on site, I am leading D-block many times as an Officer wich i'm not really supposed to do it. Even if i was, i can't give credits nor give work permit to D-classes. I understand Captains are busy and that is why i am applying. They need backup.
The second reason is discipline, I still unfortunately, see some security member act on their own, not giving a small share of interest in their duties, doing their business and no one is there in the right timing to give them a reason to work. Gensec is fun, Gensec is cool.
The third reason is tryouts, i saw many security member ask some tryouts in disblief, i want to do it for them, they need it to grow, they need it to be better.
The fourth reason is my experience, i have grown in the security departement like a tree, i've been in this departement and grew for 2 years (i was known as John Nahel) , my time has come to carry my legacy, with the support of everyone.
The fifth reason is my project for the security departement. I have planned many things that could be interesting for security departement.

-LEADERSHIP: I have led D-block many times because of the lack of captain, i also have led many sweeps due to the same reason (sometimes not for this reason). I know when to call backup in D-block, when to assign POI's and when to do sweeps.
-EXPERIENCE AS GENSEC: I have been on gensec since my first time playing on civilnetwork (when rrt sergeant was there) and i'm willing to keep playing as a Gensec security member, I know how serious and active you must be as a Captain, and also have to be available for others. I'm willing to keep being helpful to others, gensec or not, and fulfill my duty.
-PERSERVERANCE: If i fall down i'm going to get back up, right back up to where i left off, i won't be caught by the fear of the battle because i got my experience on my back. I'll carry the security departement on my shoulders to help them grow in the right way.
-STATUS: I'm a headhunter wich allowed me to have access to personnal trainings and allowed me to assist many things that Captains do in their duties. I thank all captains and chiefs for helping me become what i am today.
-MATURITY: I passed my time working on my maturity so i can finally be good with myself and be good with others. I made many mistakes and didn't have the right behaviour to be a Captain before, but now things have changed.
-SOLIDARITY: I never let any gensec member alone, first of all for their safety. Second of all so they can socialize with their teammate. It's important to be a coordinated team. After all, the strongest is the one who can talk.
-CARE: I care about everyone, whatever your rank or your status, i offer my hand to everyone, staff, MTF, security, site affairs,... , anyone who is in d-block or next to it. So if they need help, they'll get what they need.
