Denied Senior Positions Announcement Channel

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adds an announcement channel for senior positions for staff to use on the discord.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I don't believe so, outside of miscellaneous discord channel suggestions that I'm sure exist.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
1. Easier to track information, instead of hunting through channels.
2. Doesn't result in random lockdowns of channels.
3. Reduces ""spam"".

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
1. Another channel (people hate more channels for some reason).

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Would result in easier access to rulings/announcements from staff and means staff don't have to ping both continents in one continent's channel.

This isn't needed at all, it would just clutter and add more channels for the one or two announcements every couple of months. Also usually only one channel gets pinged, and it gets pinned.

On the off chance this really is needed and we do decide to do it, we'd probably just rename the CL4 foundation announcements one.
