A large amount of effort and collaboration between myself and the individuals mentioned in the document has gone into this character, i implore you to please read the character lore/document before making your decision as a lot of work has gone into it along with talking to the individuals within the document. There involvement allows her to be within site and not be seen as a random anomaly appearing as certain individuals who would be required to know who she is/of her existence are aware.

Her pac3 size is 1.13 in height, being 0.03 over the base height allowing to show her unique appearance/lanky body
Her width/length are also 0.9 to make her look extremely skinny/lanky along with her arms being slightly extended
(Please Note She is NOT fullbright and does NOT glow in the dark)
(Her hitbox also suits her size, meaning there is no hitbox abuse nor change to gameplay, along with her being a NON COMBATIVE)
