Disable Out Of Character clientside
Add an option to have a seperate tab purely for OOC messages

By me, yes. Though I wish to reiterate a few things;
In my previous suggestion, I fear that some of the content staff didn't quite understand what I mean. I am suggesting adding another TAB, much like the FF14 chatbox has. It allows for the seperation of the varying chats, with STAFF ANNOUNCEMENTS still being able to send messages/alerts across all tabs. Think of console messages, if you have ever seen those.
tl;dr give the option to disable OOC or add another tab to the chatbox to seperate IC-OOC chat.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It's a pain in the ass whenever OOC gets spammed for some odd reason while you're in the middle of something. Be it an event, meeting or something similar.

- A better overview of things related IC when the OOC chat gets filled again
- Less of a headache trying to navigate through chat.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- If announcements are ever done through normal OOC, some might miss these messages.
- Less global OOC interactions.
