What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
SHA/ISAF Marksman gets moved to SGT
SHA/ISAF Auto rifleman gets moved to SSGT

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Allows for the classes to be distributed evenly through the ranks
Incentivizes players to rank up and be able to unlock a new class
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Autorifleman gets given at a lower rank (PKM very strong)
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
The marksman, auto rifleman, and explosive expert classes are all available at the same rank.. Having proper class distribution through the ranks can make players want to rank up and not have to wait a week and a half just for a new class. It is a great way of retaining newer people into the regiment as they always can look forward to a rank up due to them unlocking a new class.
It is also worth mentioning that majority of the time these classes might not even get used due to getting the anti-armor class at MSGT which completely takes away the purpose of playing the other classes sometimes due to how viable the anti-armor class may be.
