- was MTF O1, and NU-7 however fell short of keeping the demands due to research, so i progressed more into that.

Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
- i was banned for 2 week Due to a Racial sear with i totally regret it changed me (FYI this was over 2 years ago) and i became better because of it. some others from incidents which where out my knowledge and has learnt me more towards research, if anything my time away has made me look at even more LORE regarding SCPs and everything the Foundation has to offer.

Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
- i Used to be a Exec Before my whitelist was removed after a big wipe of all data, Plus my time doing research here has made me help and guide more people interested into the server like i am, i enjoy filling documents and learning others how to do things correctly and fun in the same way. im interested into the server (Spent quite a bit of cash & Imagination for SCP Related Roles) Including SCP's we have locked up always thinking of inventive and safe minded Tests, to not only conduct and learn from but to learn others around me.

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
- the amount of connections behind me and people who support my research so far and shown me great guidance, along with my past mistakes i learnt to be the better researcher gaining more and more information as i go. this has amazingly driven me all the way to Previously Exec.Researcher. & DoR Twice !!!

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
- i believe 8+. maybe more (i have issues spelling however i take my time and make sure everything is perfect before even posting my documents) i have average around all grades learning from each one i do making them better and better each time.

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
- to help instruct proper and ethical standards of research along with a leadership quality. make sure safe testing procedures for all staff within the Foundation Research personal.to conduct proper studys and assist in lecturing to help guide Jr"s into better creating standards, Creating and updating all Protocols for alll Research Personal, PLUS everyone seems to gain a lot of insite from me and my teaching standards, which get very frequently added into most lectures, Which i love Conducting and Learning others.

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
i was D-3880 Shadydave ... you can Trust me yeahhh me and my brother Dodgy Dave we Go way back here in the SCP Foundation lot of back door deals going on with your High officials i never bothered with it dodgydave dealt with all that. i just did the research and be the smart one for once. i do hold him dear to my heart always in danger in that d-block but i know hes good. BUT now im an EX Exec.Researcher ShadyDave Doing the Best Tests that get the job done!.

thank you your input, if anything i sat down and thought through what i wanted to say in a "Short and simple" statments, i think personally my own experience should speak for itself, if anything i personally agree on Actions speak louder than any words explained

Naaaaaah, you definitely need Exec. Your application does kinda suck to look at but from what I saw, you gave all the right answers in my opinion, and having 8+ Excellent documents is something that many people need in their applications. I see many people getting it with way less excellent docs than you claim and while I'm not throwing them under the bus, its to show that I think you're deserving of the role for that reason alone from what I can gather. Again, I don't really know the UK server let alone you but I can give you the fairness of saying based on what I saw, I think on USA you'd get approved despite the application being... what it is.
