Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? yeah i have
Why should you be unbanned: because i asked a admin if i could go into vents as a mayor and he said yeah so to my understanding i was allowed
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: wont play as mayor
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: i enjoy playing the server and i have dutys as captain i need to fill out and i dont wanna miss out on tryouts and i have made a lot of friends and i wish to still spend time with them if i dont get unbanned i understand
also there is no rules about mayors going into facility Civilians, Gun Dealers, Chefs & Medics are forbidden from entering the Foundation base or UNGOC base in RP, Parawatch, Ranger & MC&D may enter with a valid reason.(rule 2.6)

I had banned you for Raiding the facility as a Mayor, and taking a member of the foundation hostage and then shooting him.
There used to be a sign on the Vents stating that the Mayor was not able to go in, but it seems like it is gone now, howeverthe rule does state

2.6(b) Trespassing as Surface Zone - Civilians, Gun Dealers, Chefs & Medics are forbidden from entering the Foundation base or UNGOC base in RP, Parawatch, Ranger & MC&D may enter with a valid reason.

Civillians count as Mayor due to the fact they are Civillians.

A Member of SL will review this Ban appeal.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

I've spoken to the staff member, that said you could go into the vents. They made it clear you could not enter. After speaking to you in DM's you confirmed someone was kidnapped and it was said in comms. After checking the logs further there was nothing of this. So even from this, there was no justifiable reason to enter the site or kill a foundation member, and the ban will stay for 3 days.
