- I was once the highest ranking active person on rmp at one point and I have led a phew wars

What makes you the best candidate for High Command?:

- I am a good candidate for nato high command because I am an active player within the civil networks community. I am also a well organised player who has good communication skills and im good at problem solving. I also work well under stressful situations .

- Was born in Britain with the name Sam Shipley when he was old enough he joined the Royal Military Police and quickly became and officer and respected member when he became know as Shipley and this name stuck

After leaving the Royal Military Police due to the Internal conflict he joined 17th ar as new pvt but his leadership quality's we seen by the higher ups and he was quickly promoted up the ranks

What are the responsibilities of HC in RP?:
- To lead nato in wars
- Make sure people are holding up the values of nato
- help new players into the server
What are the responsibilities of HC out of RP?:
- check the health of regiments
- assist in mataining regiments health
- inform other nhc about the assigned requirements health
