- Yes, I have experience on Gaminglight SCP-RP as a Senior Admin and Icefuse Police RP as Manager are the notable ones.
Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?:
- Yes, weather it has been on Gmod or not I have over 3 years of overall experience with serious roleplay whether it be whitelisted FiveM servers or RedM.
How many hours can you be on everyday?:
- I can be on 4-5 hours Monday-Friday, and 6 hours on weekends.
Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?:
- I would like to become a moderator for Civil Networks because during my time on the server, I have connected with the community in a way that makes me want to stick around for a while and help along the way. Hence my application, I feel that I can better server while being a moderator by assisting players with their needs to overall better the roleplaying experience on the server. While roleplaying on the server, I have noticed that the other players are very easy to get along with as well as communicate roleplay ideas with, hence why I chose this server as a place I would like to dedicate my time to as I feel it will be an experience that will better me as well as others. I am very good at working with others and interacting with people in order to solve a common goal. Becoming a moderator will allow me to maintain a positive and respectful community as having the power to enforce the rules of the server to those who decide to break them will ensure the health and overall good experience of others. I also feel this role will be a good way to further contribute to a good environment.
What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? :
As a moderator I feel I could help in various ways. Enforcing community guidelines, monitoring user behavior, and addressing violations and conflicts that may arise amongst the community as well as being able to resolve those conflicts to better the experience of others. I feel that a moderator plays a crucial role in maintaining a stable community and I am prepared to take upon those responsibilities as a moderator and let my experience guide me along the way.
Why are you special over the other applicants?
I feel that my application would stand out for numerous reasons. I have always had a passion for fostering a positive community and having a general enthusiasm for creating a safe and inclusive environment. I will be very dedicated to upholding a strong and positive community with my moderation as well as upholding the community rules and enforcing them properly in a positive manner. I feel my skillset and experience will greatly contribute to the overall well being of the server and I will show my passion through the interactions of users while moderating. My effective communication skills and clear ability to communicate efficiently with others will play a role in my moderation along with being able to formally and professionally address conflicts and provide guidance and feedback to users with their problems. I am also good at de-escalating problems to make sure they do not persist in the future in order to maintain the healthy environment I have mentioned. My long-term goal for becoming a moderator is to make sure everyone has a positive experience on the server and leaves knowing they had a good time and if they did have any hiccups they were handled professionally in a way that would make them want to come back.
