During a surgery on a foundation military officer liaison, a plant that was inserted into the Canadian military to allow the foundation to interfere so that the military would not get involved in anomalous activity was treated by dr Zeff, and this caused him to be designated as a Pathokinetic Type-Green. The reason this information was found was his teammates observed organs moving on their own, flesh healing too fast, finding bleeds that couldn’t be easily spotted. . . he was contacted by the consultant of MTF-███████ within 72 hours of the incident.
He once helped contain an unknown anomaly that kept growing by simply returning it to its origin state.

You may ask, and the answer is rather simple as he now 27, and serving in the united states army as an emergency combat surgeon brought attention to himself on an american counter terrorism mission against what was thought to be the chaos insurgency, and thus plants from the UNGOC, and foundation were among the ranks of troops, and during this mission 2 GOC plants, and 8 foundation personnel were mortally injured, and declared to be left to die as they were too injured, but zeff willcox healed them through anomalous means, pathokenises specifically and manipulating the wounds, and biology of the humans using his quote "Anomalously Spectacular medicinal skills.” end quote to bring the ten plants back to full health bringing the UNGOC to his attention, and thus the foundations too causing O4 medical command to DEMAND that the team medical consultant of MTF-██████ recruit sr. Doctor Zeff Willcox, his recruitment was successful, and served with MTF-█████ for 8 years before resigning to go to site-65.
