Denied Site Affairs Trainees

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Add Site Affairs Trainees jobs:

- External Affairs Department Trainee
- Internal Affairs Department Trainee

Whenever a training is finished and they get approved they will get access to the Agent and Operative jobs

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Not clogging up Agent jobs
- Making Site Affairs leadership understand more who needs and who doesnt need training
- More thorough training since it can be done faster to free up slots

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Coding problems
- Minges could hop on Trainee and swarm the site but staff exists

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
