What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Add a way for staff HMOD+ to skip the spy ban if someone gets rdm'd or dies to a bug

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
not waiting 300 seconds because some donut killed you
keeps people from complaining (like me)

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
literally 0

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
