Gives Gesture SWEPs to the following SCPs:
049
22415
076-2
073

7722

Type Greens

Gives CL2 Comms to the following SCP(s):
SCP-22415-1, 2, and 3

Allows SCP-2295 to crouch and jump

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Don't think so.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
+Good QOL

+22415 can easier communicate with Foundation Staff

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
-22415 can communicate SCP and GOI locations without a good counter

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This is all just small QOL stuff. 22415 getting access to comms make sense since he's a whitelisted SCP who works closely with the Foundation and even agrees with all their views and goals in most situations.
