Well. For those that have lived under a rock harder than Trump's Twitter absence, I got removed from the MRP Staff Team a few months ago. At the time it pretty much was the only thing that was keeping me tied to the server and community. Once that was severed, I left. Simple as.
No I'm not going into details as to why I was let go as staff.
Since then, what have I been up to? Well apart from enjoying other games I haven't played in a quite a long time, I somehow managed to find myself drawn back into the insanity that PlanetSide 2 ensures. You can thank a new continent they added for that in particular.
Where does this leave me with CivilGamers as a whole? Well to tell you the truth, I have no intentions on returning to the community for the time being. Since being absent from it, I've actually become a lot happier in general, to be brutally honest.
Do I miss it? Of course. That being said, I think the time away has done me some good and I don't want to risk undoing that.
I just hope the parting request I made has been honoured.
Anyway, I'm still connected to the relevant Discord servers so my head may pop in from time to time. Just don't expect me to make an appearance on any of the servers anytime soon.
